Subscribers can have access to a suite of payments services facilitating direct debits and card payments, including the customer-facing [payment gateway](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1830322183/Payment+Gateway) and a customisable [self-service page](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1779728385/Self-Service+Page). Lending module subscribers additionally have full control over their own workflows, including [user management](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776025629/User+Management), [loan products](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776680977/Loan+Product+Setup) configurations or [application form](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776615437/Application+Form+Setup) customisation, to handle their loans from origination through to servicing in one platform. Essentially, whether a user just requires payment services, or to manage their entire loan portfolio, Biz Core provides the tools and resources to do so from a single platform, with the scalability to suit businesses of any size. --- # **Biz Core for Payment Services** Subscribers with access to the Biz Core Payments Module can set up [ad-hoc direct debit agreements](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1806729224) with their customers. Users can create these agreements as required, with options for once-off or recurring payments, and Biz Core will automatically contact the customer for signed approval. Depending on the subscribers preference, customers can pay in instalments by a certain date, all at once, or if the service is continuing indefinitely, there’s an option to take recurring payments into the future until cancelled. Share or embed the Self-Service Page anywhere and after a customers uses it to make a purchase and set their payment terms, Biz Core users can then view and manage every element of these agreements within their portal, including cancelling recurring payments at any time. ## **Payment Gateway** The [Payment Gateway](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1830322183/Payment+Gateway) is another option Biz Core subscribers can offer to their customers. Share or embed an easily accessible online portal where customers can set up their own direct debit agreements for any amount they require. Once-off payments, a set number of payments or recurring indefinitely are all options customers can choose from when using the Payment Gateway. And just like the other payment services options, any agreements customers create are fully manageable by users within the Biz Core portal. ## **Payments & Settlements** The Biz Core payment and settlement process is straight forward and easy to understand, with it typically taking two days for any payments to be debited from customers then settled to subscribers. Subscribers have the flexibility of using the entire system, or only the workspaces they require. Users can then [assess the application](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1779826689/Loan+Application+Process), with assistance from integrations like Illion Bank Statements, Credit Sense and Equifax Credit Reporting. After approval a loan contract can be automatically sent to the customer to affix their E-Signature, offering a fully online and paperless experience. Interest and fee calculations are automated, repayments are managed by the system, and users can even set up automatic workflows to handle dishonoured payments and arrears balances. Lenders have various options at their disposal to take repayments, and the system will automatically settle at the conclusion of the loan.
