# **Overview**

Workspaces are designed to contain, organise and manage each associated [record type](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783890004/Records+%26+Statuses). For example, the Loans Workspace is where users would access Loan records, and utilise the in-built features, integrations and tools required to manage them.

After selecting a Workspace from the list in the sidebar it will open and allow users to access the associated Record types. The sections below outline how users can view, filter and open individual Records.

---

# **View All Workspace Records**

Users can quickly view a list of all records contained within each Workspace by clicking the **SEARCH **button immediately after opening the Workspace:

Each Workspace record will be displayed as a results card, in a list, ordered with the most recently created record first.

By default the Workspace will load 20 results cards per page, users can navigate between pages or adjust how many results to display per page by using the navigation bar at the bottom:

# **Result Cards**

The list of records returned from a Workspace search are displayed as result cards, these are consistent across all Workspaces. They will show the [status](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783890004/Records+%26+Statuses), reference and assigned user in the first column, customer details in the second column and then relevant record data in the last two columns:

Each card also has icons along the top that correspond with [sections of the Side Panel](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783857153/Side+Panel). Additionally, users can view more details about the record without opening it fully by clicking the **Expand **🔽 icon, or click the **Actions ⋮ **button to show a list of options a user might require to manage the record:

# **Filters**

Each Workspace also allows users to apply filters in order to locate a specific subset of records, these are created and managed at a user-level, meaning they will only be available for the user who created them, not globally across the subscription. After initially opening the Workspace the filter pane will be empty, users can then populate the fields and use the dropdown menus to configure their required criteria, before clicking **SEARCH **to return the relevant results:
