Each record has a navigation menu on the left-hand side where any other records associated with that customer are displayed, categorised by their workspace:

Individual or business customers frequently have multiple lead, loan, application or payment records, each of them will contained as a card in these sub-menu categories, ordered by creation date with the newest at the top.

When users select a record associated with a customer, any other directly related cards will be highlighted and repositioned at the top of their respective sub-menu categories. In essence, the system will highlight records explicitly connected to the one the user is currently viewing.

For example, if the user opens a loan record, the lead, application, and payment record cards associated with that loan will be highlighted and moved to the top of their respective submenus:

As shown above, the user has accessed the loan record, indicated by the dark-blue shading in its navigation sub-menu. Meanwhile, the lead, application, and payment agreement cards linked to the loan are highlighted in light-blue and have been repositioned to the top of their respective navigation sub-menus.

# **Filter Sub-Menu Cards**

Users can apply filters to each of the navigation sub-menus, which are based on the status of each individual record. Using the dropdown box on each sub-menu, users can select records in one or more specific status to display:

If a specific status is not visible in the dropdown menu, it indicates that there are no records currently in that status.
