# **Overview**

Any Ventures managed in Biz Core will automatically generate and send reports on a monthly basis. These can also be manually sent by users when required, which is explained further in [Investors, Accumulated Interest, Holds and Fees](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1819639815/Investors%2C+Accumulated+Interest%2C+Holds+and+Fees#Investors).

# **Venture Monthly Report**

Below is an example of a Venture Monthly Report:

If the investor is involved in multiple Ventures, summaries of each may be included in the Venture Report. This report provides information on the overall venture rather than individual investors. Therefore, each investor will receive a report summarizing the entirety of the venture, not focusing on their specific data. Each field is explained below, and the relevant calculation:

| **Field Name** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Reporting Date | Displays the 1st of the previous month to the last day of the previous month. |
| Principal Invested (Interest is payable on) | The amount of principal that interest is accrued on. `Loan Principal Invested - Interest Free Amount` |
| Held Funds (Waiting to be invested) | Sum of funds to be sent to the Investee. |
| Annual Interest Rate | The current Interest Fee percentage. |
| Interest Amount Payable (for reporting period) | Last interest ledger from when the report was generated. For example, if Interest was accrued for the Venture at 12:30am on the 1st and reports are sent at 1:30am, this final Interest ledger will be used as the figure. |
| Interest Paid (Financial Year to Date) | Total interest paid based on Accounting Date for the current Financial Year. |
| Total Interest Paid (Since Commencement) | Total interest paid since the commencement of the Venture. |
