# **Overview**

These widgets can be found on each Venture Workspace Record and offer information and functionalities to manage and service the associated venture. From within each venture users can click the widgets to expand and view more details or use the available tools:

# **Investors**

By clicking on the icons associated with the Investors widget, users can perform different actions. To email a summary report of the venture to all investors, use the **Send Report to All **▶️ button. If users wish to add another investor, click on the **Add Investor** :plus: icon, which will launch the wizard for that purpose:

To view more information, click to expand the Investors widget to see all investors involved with the venture:

Once expanded, the widget will display each investor associated with the venture displayed in a row. Each row provides a detailed breakdown of personal and financial information relevant to their specific level of investment:

| **Column Heading** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | This is the name of the investor. Click the **Open in New Tab **↗️ icon to view the individual investors customer record. |
| **PI (Principal Invested)** | The total dollar amount invested by the individual investor. |
| **ELI $ (External Loan Invested)** | The total dollar amount disbursed to the investee. |
| **Inv % (Invested Percentage)** | Total amount invested in the venture by the individual investor as a percentage of the total investment. |
| **Int Acc $ (Interest Accrued in Dollars)** | Total dollar amount of the interest accrued by the investor. |
| **Div Acc $ (Dividends Accrued in Dollars)** | Total dollar amount of dividends paid out to the investor. |
| **Int Free $ (Interest Free Amount in Dollars)** | Total dollar amount of interest free investment by the individual investor. Click the **Pencil **✏️ icon to edit this value, and confirm the adjustment with the **Tick **:check_mark: icon, or click the **Cross **:cross_mark: to discard changes. |

Users can also manage elements of the venture reports, specific to each individual investors, directly from the widget. Click the **Send Report **▶️ icon attached to an investors row to email them a venture summary report to them individually, or click the **Pause **⏸️ button to toggle between enabling and disabling the scheduled reports for each individual investor:

After clicking the **Pause **⏸️ icon, it will become **Red** 🔴 to indicate the scheduled reports for this investor are paused. Click it again to re-enable the sending of scheduled reports.

# **Accumulated Interest**

The Accumulated Interest widget offers a detailed breakdown of the interest accrued and paid for the venture. Interest periods are established during the venture's creation, and are displayed in the Interest Freq section of the Venture Summary. The widget displays the dollar amounts allocated to each period,  providing valuable insights into how the interest has been distributed over time.

Each interest period is displayed in a row, with an interest summary displayed above. Below is a description of what each column means:

| **Column Heading** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Outstanding Balance** | The dollar amount of total unpaid interest from all periods. |
| **Period** | The date range of each period where interest is accrued. |
| **Interest $** | The dollar amount of interest accrued during the period. |
| **Amount Paid $** | The dollar amount of interest paid during the period. |

# **Holds**

To see the available holds, expand the Holds widget by clicking on it:

Holds can be used to pause any automated fee or interest processes associated with the venture. Each fee that is automatically charged will have its own toggle. Click the toggle to enable or disable the respective hold:

In this instance, enabling the hold toggle will stop Compound Interest from accruing.

Hover over the **Info **:info: icon to see a history of when the hold was enabled or disabled:

# **Fees**

Click to expand the Fees widget to see all fees associated with the venture:

Each fee applicable to the venture will be displayed, below is an outline of what each heading refers to:

| **Heading** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Fee Name** | Each fee is broken down by name. The name of the fee is established during the creation of the venture product. |
| **Amount** | The dollar amount or percentage, based on the loan value, associated with each fee set during the creation of the venture. Note that the Interest Percentage can be adjusted within the [Venture Summary](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1841397797/Venture+Summary). |
| **Outstanding** | Represents the outstanding amount of the fee type that is currently owed as part of the loan balance. Note that upfront fees, as they are included in the principal amount, do not have a seperate fee balance displayed. |
| **Is on Hold?** | Shows if there is an active hold on the fee type. |
| **Fee Type** | Shows what fee type the fee is, [click here to see descriptions of Fee Types.](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1790214145/Venture+Product+Setup#Fee-Types) |

> ℹ️ Once a venture is set up, the fee structure cannot be changed. Any modifications made in the venture product settings will not be applied to ventures that have already been created. It’s important to ensure that the desired fee structure is configured correctly before creating ventures.
