# **Overview**

Default limit: **$1,000 **(Anything above this amount requires approval from a manager)  
Maximum limit: **$10,000**

A subscriber must be ‘Trusted’ to have a limit over $1000 (exceptions for subscribers approved during onboarding). See the Trusted Subscriber Policy for more details.

If the subscriber wants to increase their transaction limit post-onboarding, they must complete the [High Transaction Limit Request Form.](https://form.jotform.com/222561255509051)

# **Approving High Transaction Limits**

To qualify for a high transaction limit a subscriber must:

- Complete the [High Transaction Limit Request Form.](https://form.jotform.com/222561255509051)
- Prove they can pay back a disputed amount of the limit
  - verify their cashflow from the bank statement provided with the form
  - they should maintain a balance equal to or higher than the transaction limit
  - if the account statement provided does not show a balance equal to or higher than the transaction limit, provide an account statement related to the business that does
  - in the event they cannot provide an account which maintains a balance equal to or higher than the requested transaction limit;
    - the transaction limit can be increased **IF** they receive Settlement Payouts 5 days a week that exceed the requested transaction limit
  - if they are unable to prove they can pay back the requested transaction limit, consider approving a lower amount based on the same qualifications as above
- Ensure the product/service examples provided on the form align with the amount requested and their business offerings
  - Examples;
    - <span style="color: #ff5630">Requesting a $3,000 limit to pay for a massage appointment is not a reasonable service offering</span>
    - <span style="color: #36b37e">Requesting a $3,000 limit for heavy equipment hire is a reasonable service offering</span>


Once satisfied with the request, contact the person provided on the form via phone:

- Confirm they submitted the request and the transaction limit requested
- Verify current contact details held on file (phone, email, address), update if out of date


If everything checks out, update the transactions limits on Biz Core Subscriber Portal.

# **Updating Transaction Limits**

1. Log in to Biz Core
2. Go to **Settings → Payments Module → Flows**
3. Under **Debit Flows** widget, expand **Source Types**
4. Expand **Card** (If enabled) and change ‘Transaction Amount Max Biz Core Limit’  AND  ‘Transaction Amount Max Subscriber Limit’ to the new approved transaction limit
5. Expand **Bank Account** (if enabled) and change ‘Transaction Amount Max Biz Core Limit’  AND  ‘Transaction Amount Max Subscriber Limit’ to the new approved transaction limit
6. Scroll to bottom of page and click SAVE
7. Refresh page and ensure the limits saved properly
