Users can choose one or combination of payment solutions that best suits their business. Continue reading below to learn more about Biz Core Payment Solutions.

# **1. Create and Manage Users**

Once a Biz Core subscription has been activated the subscription manager will receive an email with the Master User’s username and password. The Master User has full admin privileges within the subscription, and can immediately begin adding additional users and managing their permissions, depending on their requirements and workflows. Once a user is created they will immediately receive an email with their login credentials, and can start exploring the system.

Follow the [User Management](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776025629/User+Management) guide for assistance with adding users, and controlling their individual permissions within the subscription.

# **2. Ad-hoc Payment Agreements**

If users already have existing payment plans with their customers, there are two options for managing them: they can manually add them to the online portal, or users can allow their customers to create their own plans using the Payment Gateway or Self-Service Page.

# **3. Build a Payment Gateway**

If users want to provide their customers with a convenient and secure way to make payments online, the Payment Gateway is the perfect solution. It offers an easily accessible online portal that allows customers to make payments with ease. Either share the Payment Gateway link directly with customers or seamlessly embed it into an existing website.

# **4. Set Up a Self-Service Page**

If users want to make shopping easier for their customers, the Self-Service Page is ideal. It's a simple and convenient solution where customers can browse and buy products/services all on one page. This saves time at checkout and increases the chances of making a sale. Plus, customers can choose to pay all at once or in smaller amounts over time.
