There are a number of features available to assist with handling the lead, this document provides an overview of the Lead Summary and Record Toolbar. For specific information about [Lead Management](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776975877/Lead+Management) consult the relevant documentation page. --- # **Lead Summary** Every Lead is accompanied by a summary that is visible within the Record. After accessing a Lead Workspace Record, the summary will provide an overview of key details: ![image](media://329d5890-d781-4970-ad85-1248cbe9ba55) Starting from the top left and moving down, then across to the right, the explanations of the summary information are as follows: | **Heading** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | Lead Summary | The heading for the Lead Summary will display whether the lead is for a [personal or business Loan Product](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776680977/Loan+Product+Setup#Using-the-Creation-Wizard) in brackets, and its unique [reference number](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783890004/Records+%26+Statuses#Overview). | | Create or Dismiss | Buttons are available allowing the user action the lead by either [dismissing it or convert it to an application](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776975877/Lead+Management#:~:text=Overview-,Create%20Applications%20and%20Dismiss%20Leads,-Manually%20Create%20Applications). | | Lead Status | The current [status of the lead](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783890004/Records+%26+Statuses#Lead-Statuses). This may automatically change when a user actions the lead, to reflect its current state. | | Assigned User | Displays the user the lead is currently assigned to, or empty if the lead is unassigned. More information about assigning leads to users can be found below in **Record Toolbar**. | | Created Date | The date and time the Lead Record was created. | | Lead Source | If any [URL Identifiers](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1986101266/Passing+URL+Identifiers+to+Biz+Core) are encoded into the application form URL, the `leadSource=` information will be displayed here. | | Campaign | If any [URL Identifiers](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1986101266/Passing+URL+Identifiers+to+Biz+Core) are encoded into the application form URL, the `campaign=` information will be displayed here. | | Loan Product | The [Short Name](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776680977/Loan+Product+Setup#Using-the-Creation-Wizard) of the specific Loan Product used to create the application form that the lead was sourced from will be displayed here. | | Application Status | If the Lead is converted, the current [status of the application](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783890004/Records+%26+Statuses#Application-Statuses) will be displayed here. This may automatically change to reflect the progress and state of the application. | | Assigned User | If the Lead is converted, any user that is currently assigned to the associated Application Record will be displayed, or empty if the Application is unassigned. More information about assigning Leads to users can be found below in **Record Toolbar**. | | Loan Purpose | The Loan Purpose selected by the applicant during the [Qualifying step](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776615437/Application+Form+Setup#Steps-Explained) of the application form. | | Detailed Purpose | Any additional Loan Purpose details supplied by the applicant during the [Qualifying step](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1776615437/Application+Form+Setup#Steps-Explained) of the application form. | | Application Amount | The dollar amount requested by the applicant. | | Preferred Term | The loan term requested by the applicant. | # **Record Toolbar** Along to top of each Lead Record is the Record Toolbar, providing tools and features for managing the lead: ![image](media://67b6a1d3-c815-4460-aa34-2ef6704df2b8) | **Tool** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | ![image](media://a00d2e6c-9a81-4ae1-8844-ff3c6849b01e) | Clicking this icon will add a direct URL link of the Lead Record to the user's clipboard, allowing them to share it or access the lead directly. | | ![image](media://741d5dbb-7fa6-4dc7-b4e7-71133919ca58) | Clicking this icon will refresh the Lead Record, updating it to display the most recent information and ensuring real-time data accuracy. | | ![image](media://2fa7b560-a1c7-41a3-9988-2e7fdaa1141e) | Users can click this icon to add a note to the Lead Record, these will be added to the [Messages tab of the Side Panel](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783857153/Side+Panel#Messages). | | ![image](media://eb6acc7b-f5fb-4276-a844-cfe20c522bbb) | Clicking this icon will open the [Reminders tab of the Side Panel](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783857153/Side+Panel#Reminders), allowing the user to add or manage reminders for the lead. | | ![image](media://53cc5c32-ea8e-47be-8c58-6cdc4ce94a2e) | Clicking this icon will launch the document upload wizard, allowing users to upload documents, images or files to be stored in the [Documents tab of the lead’s Side Panel](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1783857153/Side+Panel#Documents). After launching the wizard users can click the **Choose files** button or drag and drop files into the **Drop Zone**, before clicking **Upload All** to add them to the record. | | ![image](media://697bfe71-ec10-4749-bdd6-11a5d165c8b4) | Clicking this icon will launch a popup, where a user can be selected from the dropdown menu to have the lead assigned to them. A list of leads assigned to specific users can be searched for using [Filters in the Leads Workspace](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1778483201/Workspaces#Filters). |
