# **Overview**

Biz Core subscribers have the ability to integrate their GreenID service into the lending module, allowing users to conduct identity document verification and background checking during the [Loan Application Process](https://bizcore.refined.site/space/BCKB/1779826689). GreenID can verify individual identity documents and an overall Customer Verification will be shown based on the information supplied, ultimately flagging the customer as verified once the criteria governed by the subscriber's GreenID rule set has been satisfied.

It is important to note that all specific matching rule sets, checks, and verifications are handled entirely by GreenID. Biz Core is limited to providing API integration and transmitting the necessary data to GreenID for processing. Once received, GreenID conducts the verification process according to the user's specified ruleset. Subsequently, GreenID sends the verification results back to Biz Core, where they are displayed.

GreenID also provides an Admin Panel for users to manage and see more information about verification records, matches, as well as allowing administrators to review matches and manually verify. After conducting a GreenID verification through Biz Core, users are able to access their GreenID Admin Panel for more information about the matching record.

The **Customer Verification **field will display the ultimate status of whether the customer has been verified or not, depending on the matching rule set configured with GreenID. This is dependant on the subscriber's GreenID rule set, including the minimum criteria to verify a customer, once the identity verifications reach the minimum threshold outlined in the specific rule set, the **Customer Verification** field will indicate this with the **Verified **status. Other statuses are outlined below in **GreenID Verification Statuses**.

You can also hover over the information icons to see additional details about each status.

- **Verified (by admin):** The user was manually verified by an administrator through the admin panel.
- **Verified with changes:** The user was verified against the given rule set, however some minor changes were made to the data in order to get the result. These changes are included in the rule set as acceptable changes.
- **In progress: **The user has not yet been verified, as GreenID allows further checks to be performed at any time this can be considered as not yet meeting the rule set requirements for verification.
